Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
We follow a reliable refund policy to let our donors feel privileged about their association with us. We take utmost care about processing donations as per the mandates signed by our donors in the donor forms, both offline and online. But in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous deduction or If the Donor wants to cancel/deduct the donation, Sarvodaya Manav Seva Charitable Trust will refund the wrongly deduced amount within 7 working days from the date of receiving the complaint from donor. We would require a proof of deduction of the donation amount and a written communication for refund from the donor.

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
